Shoppers are responsible for making sure the product information is correct prior to selling any products from this site with the product's respective Manufacturers.

Shipping and handling

BarStoolsChairs.com and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed. Suppliers Charlie and Sapphire will not ship orders to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping and handling charges

You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from BarStoolsChairs.com. You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned for any reason. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. ANY ODD SIZED OR EXCESSIVE WEIGHTED ITEMS WILL REQUIRE A CUSTOM SHIPPING COST CALCULATION FROM BarStoolsChairs.com. THESE ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE CUSTOM SHIPPING COST. BarStoolsChairs.com may not publish, via the website, E-mail, traditional mail, phone, or fax, the shipping weights of items listed in our warehouses because our suppliers may not provide it for us.

Order changes

Generally, the shopper should assume that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, if the shopper contacts BarStoolsChairs.com's customer service department using the online form as soon as possible with a change request, it may be occasionally possible to amend the order.

Order returns

Each one of BarStoolsChairs.com's suppliers has a different return policy. Shoppers are responsible for becoming familiar with and abiding by the policies and procedures of each supplier for returning products ordered. Failure to do so may result in a rejected return.
